First I just want to say how GRATEFUL I am to all of those wonderful men and women that have so selflessly served and are serving our country. I should be more grateful every day, but today I am reminded how amazing it is to be FREE to serve our God, free to vote, free to stand for what we believe in, free to raise our children in a way we believe is true and right, free to be Americans. We are PROUD to be Americans and thankful to our President and all who serve this country so that we may continue to be the great nation that we are.
To celebrate our 4th of July, we enjoyed the morning at the park, stopped to say hello to Grandma Becky and Jeff, mommy got her hair chopped off (YAY), then we went to the 4th Celebration Parade downtown! WONDERFUL day! Tell me what you did!! I want to hear from YOU! ;-)

Hey you! I just want to say thank you for sharing your life on here with the people who love you! It's such a treat to be able to log onto your site and see what is going on in your blessed world! You wouldn't have to take the time and do it but you choose to and I'm so glad for it!
Sounds like you had a nice day! I just came from seeing Ethan, he is working this evening so I took a feast from the co-op over to him and we ate and had a nice little time together. Going to shower soon and watch the fireworks from the back deck. That's about it! Wishing I was closer! Miss you!

It was the first year in a long time we didn't care about fireworks. We didn't light any or watch any. We went to a church breakfast and then went to a parade where they didn't give away candy! What a rip.
Oh yeah, and then we went and bought a pool at Target for the kids to swim in, it was so hot at the parade we thought we had to get some water for them to play in.
