OK, Dana tagged me to share 7 interesting/odd facts about me that you might not know. I"ll give it my best shot...
#1. I can cook with the best of 'em (OK, not like Rachelle... but pretty darn good:) ) I love throwing in how I think it should be made, stepping out on the limb and trying recipes and I LOVE cookbooks (with pictures)... I also am proud that my kids will eat most anything and love their veggies. But on the flip side - I can't bake. I'm ashamed to admit it... but it's true. Can't make a cookie to save my life. Even those break and bake ones come out wonky. I'm thinking it might make all the difference in the world if I got one of those silicone liners for my cookie sheet? Someone please tell me that one of those will make me able to bake ;-)
#2. There is nothing in the world that I hate more than being scared. HATE IT. It makes my stomach curl in very uncomfortable ways. I'm pretty convinced I feel fear at about 4 times the level of the rest of the human population. :) I think there may be a pill for this... if I was the pill taking type.
#3. When it's just me in the car.... no kids, no hubby. I ROCK OUT to PiNK, Fergie, Kid Rock - and even some great favs from back when, Fiona Apple, Meredith Brooks, Black Eyed Peas ... I've even been caught leaving a good ol' Boyz II Men in the cd player... I have told Aaron before that I bet people look twice when there is a minivan beside them with some thumppin' base... HAHA. serious.
#4. I crave being able to use my creative outlets. I feel I am the most stressed when I don't have time to be creative. (um, like right now!)
#5. Oh for the love of photography. I am a bit obsessive about the pictures I take. When editing for clients I tend to go overboard and have been known to spend up to 12 hours on one client's photo shoot..... and that would be why I am seriously behind at the moment.
#6. I would love to go back to school. Isn't that crazy? I would LOVE to take nursing. I love science and medicine. I have been looking into seeing how far my 3.5 yrs of psychology courses could get me towards a nursing degree. I'm surprised how many science prereqs I have already completed... it is definitely something that needs to wait for a bit, but it's a dream for sure :)
#7. Hmm. I'm trying to think of a 7th.... so I came up with a fun game :) I'm going to leave it up to YOU to put something in the comments that you think is interesting/odd about me! But PLAY FAIR! Nothing embarrassing (rachelle!!!;) ) ok? Remember I have the power to delete your comments... haha.
MY TURN to tag people! Suzanne and Rachelle (maybe this can be that first entry on a new blog!!), get to bloggin' your 7 things ladies!!

Okay, this definitely isn't odd but I do think it's interesting and worth noting... Tina has the best skin around. Ever since I can remember, even in high school, I remember seeing Tina's legs in basketball shorts and thinking 'she has the best skin!' It's pretty skin! Those of you who know her well and are even halfway observant know what I'm talking about! Her hands... right?? Love you girl! By the way, LOVED reading these things about you. Made me smile....
ohmygosh your funny girlfriend... apparently you are forgetting my post two babies 'skin'. But thanks for mentioning my highschool one! haha. Boy... what I wouldn't give... I'm actually considering digging up a highschool photo to put up here now! :)
I'm sorry to break it to you, girlfriend, you're wrong! I've seen you since the precious babes! You do have soft, supple, brown-hued skin! It's true. It's one of the first physical traits I noticed about you. Okay, okay - it's starting to get weird talking about your skin so much... : ) On that note, here's the last skin analysis, if your skin was a fabric it would be a satin or velvet. Yup.
HAHAHA. Your the best Shell.
How about this one for you, "Me and my friend Dana are so alike it's scary!" Hahaha. Remember how we first met? We both wanted to be pediatric occupational therapists? And now nursing!?! HA!! I have every single class done except for Microbiology. At least what was required 4 years ago at Boise State.
And when I said the thing about Boise, probably 80-99% of the missing it is because of you! If you ever move away maybe I won't want to move back so badly. So stay there unless you want to move here :)
And I forgot to say I loved the rocking out one!! I was laughing out loud over that one. I can just picture it.
I saw your comment on elizabeth kartchners blog, I just wondered if you thought any of the obama voters weren't proud when they voted too?
Um, ok. So - 'Anonymous' first and foremost, I wish you were bold enough to include your name, then I would know who it is I am addressing.
And second, I would sure hope that when someone votes they are proud of who they are voting for. I didn't say anything negative towards Obama, I simply said that I proudly voted McCain.
But thanks for stopping by and jumping to conclusions. Be sure to sign your name to that comment next time.
Tina,
I also followed from Elizabeth's blog, but I'm in total agreement with you! It's unfortunate that people are willing to attack someone namelessly. Thanks for being proud of voting!
Me too...I was just on Elizabeth's blog and have to say that although he lost, I am PROUD I voted for the pro-life, more honest, patriotic team, like you! I really believe there was fraud involved in this "victory."
Same here..form Elizabeth's blog. There's nothing wrong with saying you proudly voted for McCain as well did I! When I read your second post on Elizabeth's blog I had to go back to see what you were talking about and I was amazed that someone was jumping all over you for your simple statement! Crazy. Way to stick up for yourself!! Cute blog by the way!! :)
trying to think, trying to think, ok the obvious, you are probably the most creative person I know, and if that's what makes you a scrapbook wanna be then I don't know what I am. And if that's all I can come up with then we better hang out more. And just for the record I am not from Elizabeths blog! ;) Love you girl.
