my own notes

**I used two salmon packs from the big frozen costco bag (a great deal btw!), thawed it under running water. I had WAY too much mayo mixed so I actually saved it and will throw it in an egg salad later this week! But seriously this is really REALLY good. Found it on allrecipes.com - oh and bake it the full 40 min, it's good a little crusty on the edges! The recipe doesn't call for pasta, but the kids were having spaghetti and it looked pretty on the plate ;-)

You want to hear something crazy? I HATE seafood, but seeing that picture kind of made me want to go buy some salmon from Costco! Hahaha
Dana, I'm not a seafood person either :) In fact I am SERIOUSLY allergic to shrimp (which I hate anyway, so no prob!)... and really don't like any other seafood. Fish I can handle very rarely and if I do, definately salmon.
ooppssss... Aaron was logged into his gmail ;) that was me!!! not Aaron!
