"Mommy, I'm going to try to go potty so I can try to get some M&M's"
This is the phrase I now hear daily. Oh yes, it's that time.
It's {PoTtY tRaInInG} time.
*sigh*
We actually started right around Em's 2nd birthday, but once Jake was born things seemed to go downhill a bit... oh ok. It stopped completely. BUT! We seem to be back on track and even wear big girl underwear at home now and then. I do admit if I was a bit more pushy we would probably have this thing down. I'm open to tips.... seriously. Please give me tips.

Okay... first LOVE the picture! You are just getting way to cute! Great style!
Second.... Let her tell you when it is time. Tried to potty train Sam... BIG mistake. Learned from her and let the others do it when they were ready with no accidents!! When they are ready they just start going on the potty... no gimmacks nothin... just potty time! All trained between 2 & 3 years ... worked here.
